5 Day Safari to Tarangire, Ngorongoro & Serengeti with lightweight camping
From USD 1,550 per person, this safari itinerary is recommended from June to November.
Pre-safari: Your safari guide will come to your hotel at approximately 1900 to introduce himself, complete your pre-safari briefing and answer any questions you may have.
Day 1: Your safari guide will collect you from your hotel in Arusha at approximately 0730 to start your safari. Transfer from Arusha to Tarangire National Park for a game drive. Afternoon transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area for overnight at Simba Camp, close to the Crater's rim.
Day 2: After an early breakfast, descend into Crater for game drive. Afternoon transfer to Serengeti's Seronera area with game drive en route. Overnight at Seronera Camp.
Day 3: Morning game drives en route to Lobo Area. Overnight at Lobo Camp.
Day 4: Morning game drives in pursuit of the wildebeest migration. Return to Seronera Area for overnight at Seronera Camp.
Day 5: Morning game drives in Serengeti's Seronera region. Afternoon transfer via Ngorongoro Conservation Area to your hotel in Arusha, or to Kilimanjaro International Airport.
Please note that as at April 2021 the road in Lake Manyara is flooded and game viewing is currently not advised within this park.
