Arrival
8th November 2025: Shuttle bus from Comfort Hotel in Nairobi to Arusha
The shuttle bus will collect you from the Comfort Hotel in Nairobi at 8:00am and transfer you directly to The Outpost Lodge in Arusha for your overnight stay.
8th November 2025: Your chief guide will come to your hotel for your pre-climb briefing at approximately 1800, during which he will introduce himself, brief you on everything that will be happening throughout the duration of the climb, check any kit that you may have concerns over, issue any kit hire items that have been requested and he will also deal with any final pre-climb administration and answer any questions you may have.
Kilimanjaro
9th November 2025: Your mountain guide and supporting crew will collect you from your hotel at approximately 0730 to transfer you to Kilimanjaro's Naro Moru Gate to start your open 5 Day TK Rongai ‘Superlite Series’ climb, finishing on 13th November 2025.
Optional: If requested, your safari guide will come to your hotel at approximately 1800, during which he will introduce himself, brief you on everything that will be happening during the safari, and answer any questions you may have.
Safari
14th November 2025: Pick up at around 0730 from your hotel in Arusha for transfer by vehicle to Tarangire National Park for guided game walk and game viewing.
Late afternoon transfer to Lake Manyara Highlands above Mto wa Mbu for overnight at Migombani Camp.
15th November 2025: Early morning descent into the Crater for game drives with lunch in the Crater in hopes of witnessing the Big 5. In Africa, the Big Five is made up of the lion, rhinoceros, leopards, elephant and Cape buffalo. All of these animals are viewable within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, including the crater and are protected thanks to the wildlife conservation efforts of Tanzania.
Afternoon transfer to central Serengeti in search of the region's permanent predator population, where we expect to find a very dense concentration of game. Late afternoon transfer to Nyani Public Campsite for your overnight stay.
16th November 2025: Morning game drives in the Seronera region of Serengeti. In the afternoon, we will transfer to the Lake Ndutu region, with visits en route to a Maasai boma, the historic Olduvai Gorge, and the fascinating Shifting Sands.
Late afternoon transfer to Lake Manyara Highlands above Mto wa Mbu for overnight at Migombani Camp.
17th November 2025: Morning game drives within Lake Manyara. Afternoon transfer to your accommodation in Arusha for your overnight stay.
